Examine the correct fit of the cushion on the heel.
- With the hand, adjust the contents (beads) in the liner away from the pressure point and place it on the foot again.

Slightly loosen the strap above the ankle . If pressure continues, open the system,redistribute the beads in the effected area andoverlap the liner edges as much as possible. |

The vacuum cushion is hard and cannot be shaped |

Pull the valve ring upwards. Move it sideways to allow the flow of air. The vacuum cushion becomes soft. |

Check that the pump is connected properly. Check the connector end of pump for suction, if none, the pump needs to be replaced. If the pump works, the vacuum cushion might be damaged. |

The Sole Does Not Fit On Bottom Of Boot |

Carefully bend the sole so the walking surface is bent outward and then attach to the boot. Remove the front portion of shell and liner. Place the foot sole on a table and match the seven (7) barbs on the foot plate with the seven openings of the shell. Push the boot backwards or the foot sole forwards and an audible click will be heard. Inspect that all the connecters are secure. |
